Forrester has published an annual Wave report for the Enterprise Service Management market 2021. ServiceNow and Atlassian lead the Wave. Both technologies received a 5/5 rating for strategy and platform. In addition to that ServiceNow and Atlassian are strong performers in terms of market presence. The difference between these platforms is made in functionalities and commercial models.
