Fujitsu Finland and Appmore will jointly be responsible for Oy Apotti Ab’s ServiceNow service in collaboration with Apotti. The agreement, signed in November 2024, includes a comprehensive ServiceNow service package for Apotti and enables the acquisition of the service through the contract by Apotti’s owners: the HUS Group, the City of Helsinki, and the Wellbeing Services County of Vantaa and Kerava. The new agreement covers system support and maintenance services, development and expert services, as well as ServiceNow licenses.
The social and healthcare information system and service provider Oy Apotti Ab tendered its ServiceNow service in the summer of 2024. The objective was to ensure the smooth operation and continuous development of the system. ServiceNow is one of Apotti’s most essential systems, supporting operational management and the use of the patient information system.
Fujitsu is an internationally recognized ServiceNow provider with one of the most extensive customer bases in the market. Fujitsu supports Apotti both locally and through its global ServiceNow service production. Appmore is a Finnish IT service company specializing in the development and delivery of ServiceNow applications. The company has implemented multiple public sector projects, particularly related to identity management.
Oy Apotti Ab has been a long-term customer of Fujitsu Finland. In 2016, Fujitsu Finland was selected as the provider of Apotti’s operational services, including IT infrastructure and data center services. The service package under Fujitsu’s responsibility is exceptionally demanding in its scope and complexity. The quality requirements for the service and its content have been stringent from the beginning, while the service must also be provided in a cost-effective manner.
