Insightful Keynotes, Connecting with New and Familiar Faces, and Celebrating ServiceNow’s 10-Year Milestone in Finland!

 

Last week, we had the pleasure of representing Appmore at the ServiceNow Summit Helsinki 2024. The summit was a fantastic blend of insightful sessions, engaging discussions, and networking opportunities. Our day was packed with learning about the latest advancements in the ServiceNow ecosystem and sharing our expertise with fellow professionals.

Gen AI in Support of Customer Service by Ville Rautio, CTO of Elisa

 

One of the standout sessions we attended was “Gen AI in Support of Customer Service” by Ville Rautio, CTO of Elisa. This session delved into how artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing customer service. Ville Rautio showcased how ServiceNow serves as the cornerstone of customer service for numerous organizations.

Our Experience at the ServiceNow Summit 2024

 

Between sessions, we spent time at our booth, interacting with attendees and discussing how our IAM product can enhance their ServiceNow experience. It was inspiring to see the level of interest in our solutions and to hear firsthand the challenges and needs of other industry professionals. Our booth became a hub for conversations about innovation in IT service management and identity and access management.

 

We also took the opportunity to showcase some of our latest developments and gather valuable feedback from users and industry experts alike. It was a joy to catch up with industry peers, share experiences, and explore new ideas together.

Additionally, it was a pleasure to celebrate ServiceNow’s 10th anniversary in Finland. The milestone was marked with special events and a festive atmosphere, adding a celebratory touch to the entire summit. The ServiceNow Summit was a fantastic opportunity for us to learn, share, and grow. We left the event with a wealth of new knowledge, connections, and inspiration for future projects.
