Code of conduct

OUR PRINCIPLES

Our management is committed to leading by example, communicating our company policies to respective teams, promoting an atmosphere where everyone can voice their concerns, listen to concerns, and support team members in meeting the expectation.

Our employees are expected to read and understand our code of conduct, request advice when necessary, and speak up if misconduct is suspected.

When there is hesitance in business activity these questions should be raised, is this in line with our code of conduct, is it ethical and legal? If there is still hesitation, the matter should be discussed with top management.

Here are our guiding principles:

  • We are committed to integrity: we comply with our policies, way of working, values, as well as laws, and regulations. By complying we create value for Appmore and the whole society.

  • We respect people and human rights: we comply with related laws and regulations

  • We have zero-tolerance for racism: all people are equal, and country of origin does not make a difference

  • We are committed to a healthy work environment: we continuously try to improve work environments for our employees whether provided by us or other stakeholders

  • We have zero-tolerance for corruption and bribery: we do not tolerate corruption. Gifts and hospitality, whether given or accepted must be reasonably sized. For example, over 90 euro gifts should not be given or accepted unless discussed with top management. Gifts should never be given or accepted when open bidding is in question. Donations are always gratuitous in nature and are intended for the common good. The CEO of Appmore makes the decisions regarding donations, and they are reported to the Board of Directors each year. Charity or donations to parties appointed by a business partner or authority is considered not an acceptable gift.

  • We avoid conflicts of interest: We work for the best interest of Appmore. Conflict of interest arises if you have a personal interest conflicting with Appmore interest.

  • We aim to contribute positively to our stakeholders and society: We recognize that we have an impact on our stakeholders and society. Our aim is to contribute positively to all of our stakeholders as well as society.

  • We voice our concerns: employees who violate the law, our code of conduct, or other policies is subject to disciplinary actions. By complying with our way of working, values, as well as laws and regulations, we create value for Appmore and the whole society.
